
About Lyuda Vasilyeva
I was born East of Russia, city of Vladivostok it was then when I fell in love with running at 12 years old and never stopped running since competing as an Elite runner since high School, winning cross country and track Russian National Championships.
From 1993-1996 I trained and lived in Kobe, Japan running for team “Noritz”. During this time I won all summer track nationals championships for 800m to 1500m. In 1997 I moved to Tacoma, Washington where I was part of Steilacoom running Club and competing in all possible road and track races all over the Country.

Lyuda’s running team was created for beginners and experienced runners to achieve a diversity of goals. With passion, knowledge, and experience as an Elite runner for 20 years you will receive personalized coaching to achieve your goals. Start running or improve your personal best, to run your first 5k or marathon, to loose weight and sustain it, and of course how to do running drills, weights, and core exercise.
