<p>I will work closely with you - no generic training programs.  As a competitive runner, you deserve the personal attention and expert training advice that even the world&#8217;s best athletes receive.  My goal is to provide individualized, expert coaching that helps you achieve your goals and learn more about yourself and the training process at the same time.</p>
<p>Running LV’s mission statement is simple - to help people fulfill their potential in running, fitness, and life. Our Company is based in Redmond, Washington USA.</p>
